LOVE YOUR SELF

Self love is a powerful energy. It has the ability to connect us with
our pure essence, ground and center us into the body, and in the present moment. This creates the perfect foundation for all other experiences. Through self love, we access clarity, authenticity, our Truth, divine communication, inspiration, the ability to love, receive love, forgive, let go, and feel joy. If you are ever feeling upset, sad, anxious or just a little 'off ', bring your focus for a few moments on feeling self love, and you will find that emotional upsets ease and the path before you illuminates.

Here is a meditation for Self Love, using the Self Love Healing Mandala pictured above:
*Begin by creating a sacred space for yourself. You might burn some sage, light a candle, and make yourself comfortable.
*Focus on the Self Love mandala
*Gaze at the image softly, allowing your face & eyes to relax. You might notice different details, exploring the movement of the lines and the colors. Let yourself be drawn into the piece. Relax your mind and move into a FEELING space.
*The colors, shapes and symbols will interact with you. Relax, receive and experience. Your energy field will begin to align with the healing energies of the mandala.
*SELF LOVE~ rest your hands over your heart chakra and breathe in as you begin repeating within or out loud �Self Love�. Visualize the light filled image of the Self Love Mandala radiating in your chest. You may close your eyes now if you wish.
*FEEL. Let yourself feel whatever you feel and love yourself for what is present in the moment. Feel love as you say �Self Love. I love myself. I love who I am. I move forward now with all my thoughts, words and actions coming from this loving space.� Sometimes we need to forgive ourselves. So, add "I forgive myself now" and other words if you feel inspired to.
*Journal. The mandala meditations can instigate some wonderful insights and revelations

When you are out and about and don't have the Self Love mandala with you, you can still visualze the image. When I create, I tend to picture much light in my imagery. The Healing Attunement MandalasTM especially, are structures, symbols and colors of LIGHT. So, when you imagine the mandala, imagine it as a light filled image (similar to a radiant stained glass) filling your chest and energy field.
