We
are inviting all the Swimming Dragon students to come out for this
Sunday. A group of us are going to China next month to meet and study
with Master Yu Anren and we want to take a group picture of everyone
who has studied the Swimming Dragon in part or in whole and give the
picture to Master Yu. There will be a card for everyone to sign and
send your words to Master as well. Your participation will be greatly
appreciated!

You are free to join any part of the morning. Event led by Liping Zhu L.Ac.
This
free event is offered by QiDragon Healing Center to the community. We
are hoping that all of you will come out and enjoy the fresh air in the
morning and cultivate a routine Qigong/Taichi practice. This is a
great way to jump start if you haven't been able to do Qigong/Taichi on
a daily basis on your own! Previous experience with this practice is helpful, but beginners are welcome to follow along!

China Trip

A coven of 13 is heading for China next month!!! We are spending a week in Mater Yu Anren's mountain home and another week in the capital city of Changsha. We will think of all the Swimming Dragon Friends there and send you the heavenly vibes from China.
While we are gone, the following classes continue to happen:
1. Monday Night Qigong at Gruenwald Press, led by Lucinda Toy at 7:15pm
2. Tuesday Lunchtime Qigong for SF Gov Employees, led by Petra Duffoo at 12noon
There will be no classes for Tuesday
Evening Swimming Dragon Class, ODC Taichi Sword Class from Sep 11-Sep
26 and Qi Dragon acupuncture clinic will be closed for these two weeks as well.

A: Tuesday Night Swimming Dragon Class by John Gruenwald: Oct 6 at 6:30pm-8pm
This class is studying from the very beginning of the form. John's precision and great patience makes this class a perfect class for beginners! Don't miss the first class!
B: 10 Week Conversational Mandarin Chinese by Liping:
Oct 5 6:05pm-7:05pm Mondays
This class is good for anyone who wants to learn
speak Chinese! some basic Pinyin (phonetic) background is recommended. Beginners are welcome! Details online.
C: 10 Week Swimming Dragon Beginners Workshop by Liping
Fridays 7:30am-9am in Golden Gate Park, class starts
on Oct 2
no previous experience necessary. Limited to 25 students.

D: 9 Week Liu He Ba Fa practice class, starting Oct 9
6:30pm-8pm Fridays

E: ODC Taichi Sword Beginners' Class, Sep 27 - Dec Sundays

place to begin if you have been wanting to start a taichi sword
