 Trees are being moved and fencing is going up as construction begins on the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies new building also known as "Wing C."
Our facilities staff is working closely with the contractor to minimize noise especially in the early morning hours.
We are also working around several upcoming classes. We will have a relatively quiet period during the week of February 6th to accommodate our Senior Executive Course.
Then expect to see our modular building being moved beginning on February 14. We are relocating it from the rear of the Center to the area between APCSS and the Hale Koa garage. This will impact the ability of the general public to walk through this area for the duration of the construction. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. After construction we anticipate this building being moved off the site completely.

Wing C is a new 10,000 square ft. single story building to serve as a state-of-the-art Information Integration Learning Laboratory that includes a 108-person plenary space, six seminar rooms, audio-visual and computer server rooms, required ancillary spaces, and an ethno-botanical garden.
