Construction Update - Weekend Work

We just wanted to let our neighbors know that Nan, Inc. will be on site this weekend to repair the chiller system.  Unfortunately, this work can only be done on the weekends since the whole system will need to be turned off to make the repairs.  Work will begin after 9 a.m. and will be inside the mechanical building.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Community Open House - Jan 10th

The Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies invites you to visit the Center on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013 during our Community Open House between 1:30 and 5 p.m.

Tour our facilities and learn more about what APCSS does and how we contribute to building cooperation throughout the Asia-Pacific Region.

Upcoming Projects

Exterior Lighting Replacement

Our latest project is to replace the current lighting with energy-saving LED lights. These new lights are currently being installed around the Center and on our Lanai.  

PhotoVoltaic (PV) System Installation

As part of APCSS' sustainability plan, the PhotoVoltaic systems for our existing Wings and the new Maluhia Hall will be installed next summer.  More information on dates and duration of the project to come! 

Contract Info

This military construction project contract is being managed through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District. The contractor is Su-mo /Nan JV.
