Leesburg - H2O Low at 9:30 and Introduction to Water Exercise at 10:30 are both a GO! See you on Tuesday March 20th!! at your regular time. It is a short session so be sure and sign up for the April session as soon as you can. A big thanks to Sally for taking my classses. I have all so missed being in the water.
Berryville - All Clarke County Parks and Rec classes will resume on Monday March 19th. Please sign up now so we can make plans. Stone Brier classes will resume on March 24th and private lessons on March 19th. See you tomorrow for your regular classes.
If you are not signed up for a class, there is still plenty of room. All fees for March have been adjusted in the computer to reflect the short session.

Introduction to Water Exercise

Perfect for those new to water exercise. This class will explore different types of water exercise classes and different types of equipment. You will learn the most effective way to exercise in the water. Class will have cardio, strength, flexibility, and endurance included.
