Candida Diet

The Candida Diet Commitment

Candida Safe Meal

The food plan for candida cleansing must be followed, without interruption or breaks, for a minimum of 6-8 weeks. The consistency factor is of great importance. When you stray, indulge, or skip supplements, the yeast can quickly multiply. Start this cleanse when you can stay on it for the recommended time frame of 6-8 weeks.

The Candida Diet is a clean, simple whole foods plan. If this is not your usual fare, you may experience symptoms of detoxification as a result of the lighter, healthier style of eating. At some point, you may have a bad day, or a series of bad days. This is par for the course with releasing candida. Though this cleanse is designed to cause you the very least amount of discomfort, you may experience what is commonly called "die off", when a large amount of yeast is being killed and eliminated. Hidden behind the annoying symptoms often described as feeling blah or sluggish, "off days" are actually your body's most productive time during the cleanse.

Vegetarians and vegans
Vegetarians or vegans can do the Candida Diet with ease and flare. Applying a bit of creativity, one can eat quite well, and have great results. Use soaked and preferably sprouted beans, legumes, nuts and seeds, along with soaked, cooked grains, and small amounts of tofu and tempeh for grounding and protein. If you eat eggs, your options are more diverse; and if raw dairy works for you, kefir and yogurt add great flavor and variety to the food plan. If vegan, seed yogurt and coconut kefir can be made. These are delicious alternatives to dairy versions.

Eat more dark leafy greens such as kale and collards, sea vegetables and fermented foods, to take the place of empty carbohydrates you may have previously used as tummy fillers. Veggie bean soups, bowls of steamed vegetables and greens, quinoa and huge salads will be your main meals, as will simple stir-fried veggies and fresh green vegetable juices. The eating style is clean, light and abundant, with an emphasis on vegetables, rather than grains.

Food Rotation and Food Allergies
Since many of us are affected by food allergies, especially in the case of candida overgrowth, it is important to eat a wide variety of foods. Rotation is the key. Making a big pot of food might seem like a practical solution to the food prep challenge, and may even be recommended in other candida protocols; however, we ask you to refrain from this style of cooking if at all possible. Instead, prepare small quantities of no more than two meals. Rotate your food selection as best you can, ideally allowing two or three days to pass before eating that same food again. Devising a weekly menu plan and buying all ingredients ahead of time may help make food rotation more manageable.

How to Prepare Healthy Food
Eat raw, lightly-steamed, water-sautÈed, stir-fried or pressure-cooked foods, soaked cooked grains, soups, fresh vegetable juices, poached, baked or lightly grilled foods, eggs, sunny side up style, cooked in coconut oil or ghee, preferably with soft yolks, and generous portions of well-washed, fresh leafy greens for salads. Experiment with new, clean creative cooking styles. Pressure cooking is the fastest way to make easy-to-digest, highly nutritious, one-pot meals. Refrain from all deep-fried, charbroiled or blackened grilled foods during this and all cleanses. To continue, learn about which foods to eat and which foods to avoid.  NO GMOs

The New Professionals are in 3 Languages actually on the screen:  English, Spanish, Japanese.  The new machines also come with a USB drive that will have many different translations for the Instruction Manual.

The New Pro series are switchable, 17v, 14.5v, 12.5v, so any sensitivity issues can be resolved by switching down the Voltage.  With tests we find that we can use the new Rife Healing mat or belt, without a T-shirt with the setting switched down 12.5v.    You shouldn't have any sensitivity at that level, but if you do, go back up to more voltage and use a thin T-shirt, thin pants, or put it under a thin bed sheet while sleeping with it.

The Professional has 25 Groups.  Groups 21 - 25  are Empty, so you can add your own groups there instead of deleting the preset groups.  Just makes things neater.  So when you want to change to another frequency set you can just choose your group.

We have the Frequency list translations on our BLOG,    Also with the machine there will be a USB drive that will have additional language translations for the instruction manuals.

You can also access the English frequency list on the BLOG by clicking on FREQUENCY REFERENCE INDEX at the top of the page and scroll down just a little.

The machines are programmable.  Also come with default frequencies and have the Pulse SWEEP, Super SWEEP, Convergence SWEEP functions in addition to the SWEEP, RUN, & Pulse RUN Functions.
They come with a Frequency/instruction manual and everything you need including power that will work in every country.  The machines are simple to use and we are available by phone or email should you have any questions or need any support.

The Rife Healing Belt will come with an extension for larger individuals.  The Rife Healing mat does as well. Please look at the BLOG for a more extended description of this.  Here is that PAGE just click the link on that page and it will take to much more information on this and the Rife Healing Mat.

The Belt will also allow you to easily wrap it around a leg, arm, head, neck, it's really quite versatile. This allows you to target an area of the body easily.  This is one of the premiere alternative medicine and holistic medicine technologies.

Used with the Rife or Zapper Professional V2, you can adjust the voltage down to 14.5v or 12.5v.  This will allow you to use the Belt in direct contact with the skin.  If you find you have sensitivity using it at the 14.5v then drop that down to 12.5v.

If you are using the Rife Ultimate or Zapper Ultra, older professional model or the trio models - you will want to use a thin material between you and the Rife Healing Belt since the voltage is not adjustable for these two models.

For natural health technologies, resonant frequency devices for holistic medicine - this is one of the best in the world at any price.

Rife V2 and Belt
CW and RF and the Mat and the Belt
CW and RF

With the New Professional V2 machine, If you have this, be sure to PUSH the CW button when you begin your treatment on SWEEP or RUN.  You will use SWEEP most of the time and you will use CW most of the time.  When in CW you will see an "X" to the right of PLAY.  When in RF it looks like a square.

This is IMPORTANT- especially for cancer - Push SWEEP and then Push CW

You can switch from CW to RF and this is good to do now and then.  Some bacteria can be smart and know how to hide from the signal.  By switching now and then it seems to fool the bacteria and healing can take place a little faster.  CANCER is the exception, if you are treating for cancer stay on CW.

With the Rife Healing Belt or Mat, you can use that in direct contact with the skin if you drop the voltage on the machine to 12.5v.  Some people can do this using it at the 14.5v level, but if you try that make sure it is not causing any irritation or discomfort.

If you want to use this under a thin fitted bed sheet or with a thin t-shirt then put the voltage up to 17v.  And if you have an older model machine or the Trio model you will need to use a thin piece of material between you and the mat.
Ayurveda Antiviral Detox Tea Recipe
Enjoy a detox tea to help move toxins out of your body and keep your immune system in tiptop shape. Licorice root, fennel, ginger, and turmeric are powerful antiviral, cleansing substances. The addition of mint, coriander, and cinnamon provides immune system support and additional antioxidants.1,2The Senna works as a natural laxative, helping to purge toxins and food waste from the body.

Ginger has long been used in various forms of both traditional and alternative medicine. It is popular with cleansing programs as it stimulates digestion, circulation, and sweating, flushing toxins from the colon, liver, and other organs. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.3 Ginger also helps reduce oxidative stress, supporting the immune system against the common cold and flu.

Licorice root has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries, offering antiviral, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory activities. It is soothing to the mucous membranes of the digestive tract, helping to support and repair the protective lining of the stomach and intestines, and maintaining those barriers against excess stomach acid.

Licorice root can increase blood pressure if taken continuously, therefore it is best to take it only for a few weeks and then take a break for a few weeks, and limit it to two-three cups per day. Anyone with kidney issues should not consume it unless directed by their doctor.

Mint soothes the stomach and promotes digestion. The mere aroma is enough to activate the salivary glands, which then secrete digestive enzymes, thereby enhancing digestion. Mint increases hydrochloric acid levels in the stomach and calms intestinal spasms,4 which helps reduce toxins inside the intestinal tract. The vitamin C, potassium, and B vitamins in mint support immune function and fight against microbes. The strong aroma is also helpful for clearing up congestion of the nose, throat, and lungs, making this tea ideal if you do get the flu

Hummingbird Coffee Cake
Hummingbird Coffee Cake

Serves 16
There’s culinary lore surrounding how hummingbird cake got its name. Some say it’s because of the noise people make while eating (a satisfied “hum”) or that people simply “hover” over the cake like birds to nectar. When you combine hummingbird flavors (pineapple and banana) with coffee cake crumbs, you’re left with an irresistible “hum-worthy” cake, perfect for brunch, afternoon tea or dessert.

Ingredients:
  • Canola spray oil (use organic or this will be a GMO product)
  • 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, divided
  • 2 cups diced pineapple (fresh or canned), divided
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup expeller-pressed canola oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup lightly packed light brown sugar
  • 4 ounces fat-free cream cheese or Neufchatel, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat 2 (9-inch) round cake pans or a 9x13-inch baking pan with spray oil.

In a large bowl, whisk together pastry flour, baking powder, baking soda and 1 teaspoon of the salt until well combined. In a blender or food processor, pulse 1 cup of the pineapple until slightly liquefied with some pineapple bits remaining. In a medium bowl, whisk together blended pineapple, diced pineapple, eggs, banana, oil, honey and cinnamon.

Fold pineapple mixture into flour mixture and gently stir until no streaks of flour are visible. Fold in pecans. Pour batter into the prepared pan(s). In a small bowl, combine butter, all-purpose flour, brown sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. Using the back of a fork, lightly mash until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over cake(s).

Bake until a toothpick inserted into center of cake(s) comes out with moist crumbs, 40 to 45 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.

Meanwhile, using a handheld mixer, whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth, about 1 minute. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle cooled cake(s) with icing.

Pan-Roasted Shrimp and Lobster Stew
Pan-Roasted Shrimp and Lobster Stew

Serves 4
This irresistible and impressive shellfish stew can be made in about 30 minutes start to finish. We like the look of serving the lobster meat in the lobster shells, but you can also just mix it into the stew with the shrimp.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter, divided
  • 2 large shallots, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 4 small (3- to 4-ounce) lobster tails, split lengthwise
  • 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons dry sherry, divided
  • 3/4 pound medium Whole Catch® wild-caught shrimp, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth or fish broth
  • 3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Method:
Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots and salt; cook, stirring until shallots soften, about 2 minutes. Place lobster tails cut-sides down in pan; pour in 1/3 cup of the sherry, cover the skillet and cook 3 minutes. Uncover, add shrimp and cook, stirring frequently until lobster is just browned and shrimp are opaque, about 4 more minutes.

Remove the skillet from heat. With tongs, transfer lobster tails and shrimp to a cutting board and cool. Remove lobster meat from shells, chop it and return it to shells.

Return the skillet to medium-high heat and add remaining 1/2 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle flour over top of shallots and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Slowly whisk in broth and cook until thickened, about 1 minute. Stir in peas, cream, cayenne and remaining 2 tablespoons sherry. Return shrimp to the skillet and heat through. Ladle stew into 4 bowls and place 2 lobster tail halves in each bowl. Garnish with chives.
