The Beck Machine
Dr. Beck Machine
ABOUT DR BOB BECK

Dr. Bob Beck was a pioneer of "Ultra Low Frequency" healing technologies. Dr. Beck made many discoveries of how the brain waves could be altered using specific waves produced on his many series of machines (Dr. Beck #4, #5, #6, #7).

Dr. Beck was the original designer of "Blood Cleansing" method, using electrodes over the veins of the legs, and also used specific Low Frequencies for the treatment of many diseases such as HIV, Cancer, to name a few. Dr. Beck would prescribe Colloidal Silver to be a major part of the machine treatment program.

This is an amazing machine.  The Group SWEEP function is awesome.  You know I get a lot of people asking how this can work.

It works on resonance, it makes so much sense.  Everything has a rate of vibration.  When the signal going into the body reaches resonance with the bacteria, virus or parasite, it destabilizes it and eventually kills it.

Much like a vocalist singing a high note and breaking a wine glass.  Same thing, really, and if the thing you are trying to treat is really not present in your body, then nothing will happen.  Imagine that same vocalist singing that high note, but no wine glass is present.  The note will sound, but nothing else will happen.  This machine is the definition of "First Do No Harm".  You can use this along with traditional treatments until you just don't need that anymore.

The other question that often comes up is; how do we know it is not hurting our healthy cells?

Rife machines and the Zappers are limited to 1Hz – 1 million Hz max for 2 reasons

(1) All Frequencies for pathogens reside under 1 million Hz. Unless you want to Zap a cockroach or a mouse, then 1 million is adequate.

(2) Frequencies above 1 million (and upwards) move to the animal and human frequency ranges, and are subjecting oneself or animals to the actual frequencies which they exist within. Using frequency devices in the same range of humans for example can have adverse effects.

In order to protect people from playing around with Mega frequencies causing potential harm to themselves, we have limited the Rife machines to treat viruses, bacteria and parasites, which generally reside in the ranges under 500 KHz (500,00Hz).

We also have provided a commonly used bioresonance book ETDFL with the machine, to give people some guidance on a therapy program to assist with treatment of various diseases.

Even a dust mite starts at 700 KHz. If you have good eyes you could see a dust mite on a white table. You see everything “gets large” after 700 KHz, and our object is to eliminate “the small”, the unseen bacteria, virus, parasites, which are often the source of the disease or ailment in many circumstances.

I May Have Been Exposed
I have been using most every night, the Group SWEEP.  Now, I learned last night I may have been exposed to Covid.  I did put the Covid set in that Group SWEEP function, but, now I will be using only the Covid19 set on SWEEP probably for the next 14 days, everyday, and all night long.  Freaky stuff, I live with my daughter, her husband, and her 3 kids, 7, 11, and 13, it is one of the kids that may have been exposed. We will all be focused on this for the next 14 days, all of us.

We are taking it seriously and so grateful that we have a machine.  At least we can take some action to avoid this or at least live through it.

Coronavirus sets.  Covid19 is last on the list.

I will update my experience with this, if I do indeed have to experience it, in the next NewsLetter.
Super Mat Pack
Super Mat Pack

This along with what comes with the machine will give you the most options.  I find that I use them all at one time or another.  I'm using the straps right now on the balls of my feet, using the Covid set.  At night I will probably switch to the Belt around my upper thigh.  I find that pretty comfortable for sleeping.  Sometimes I will put the Mat under a thin fitted bed sheet, and sleep with it that way.

Garlicky fried rice with crisp pork

Garlicky fried rice with crisp pork

The trick to getting the best fried rice? Cook the rice a day ahead and refrigerate it overnight, covered, so it dries out.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup (80ml) peanut oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 300g minced pork
  • 1/4 cup (80g) chilli bean sauce
  • 1 bunch garlic chives, chopped
  • 4 cups (580g) cooked jasmine rice or other long-grain rice
  • Fried eggs, to serve

METHOD

Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden. Remove using a slotted spoon and set aside. Add pork to the garlic oil in the wok and cook, breaking up mince with a wooden spoon, for 6-7 minutes until lightly caramelised. Add chilli bean sauce and cook for 2 minutes or until lightly caramelised. Add chives and rice and cook, tossing in the pan, for 3 minutes or until coloured. To serve, top with fried eggs and scatter with crisp garlic

Spanish-Style Grilled Portobello Mushrooms and Peppers
Spanish-Style Grilled Portobello Mushrooms and Peppers

Serves 4 to 6
Capers, sherry vinegar and Manchego cheese bring Mediterranean flair to grilled mushrooms and peppers. This dish can be served warm or at room temperature. Leftovers are equally delicious, so you may want to consider doubling the recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 8 large portobello mushroom caps
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 ounces Manchego cheese, shaved
Method:
Preheat grill. Remove stems from mushrooms and brush off any dirt. Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds and membranes. Brush vegetables with a tablespoon of oil and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Cook vegetables over moderate heat until browned and tender, turning once or twice, 8 to 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine raisins and vinegar in a small bowl and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Stir garlic and remaining salt and pepper into the raisin-vinegar mixture. Gradually drizzle in remaining 3 tablespoons oil while whisking to thicken vinaigrette. Stir in capers, then taste and adjust seasoning.

To serve, slice mushrooms and peppers into strips. Spoon vinaigrette over vegetables and top with Manchego cheese.

Chinese-Style Longevity Noodles
Chinese-Style Longevity Noodles

Serves 4
These noodles are served traditionally at Chinese New Year's feasts. An ancient Chinese belief holds that long noodles are the key to a long life, so don't cut the noodles as you eat them.

Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces capellini (angel hair pasta)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon tamari, more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 pinch crushed red chile flakes
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger root
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage
  • 1 cup fresh bean sprouts, such as mung bean or broccoli sprouts
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Method:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 5 minutes. Drain and then rinse in cold water and drain again; set aside. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together broth, tamari, sesame oil and pepper flakes; set aside.

Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat for 1 minute. Swirl peanut oil briefly around the wok and then add ginger and garlic and cook until aromatic, about 15 seconds. Add cabbage and stir-fry until hot and just wilted, 1 to 2 minutes. Carefully add broth mixture to wok along with noodles and stir-fry until sauce is absorbed, 1 to 2 minutes. Add sprouts and stir-fry 30 seconds more. Add more tamari, if you like, and then transfer noodles to a platter, garnish with cilantro and peanuts and serve.

Jamaican Jerk Chicken
Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Serves 8
The marinade for this flavorful chicken comes together quickly in a blender or processor. While the chicken marinates, you have time to make salads and other accompaniments for the meal. You'll want to make this no-fuss dish a regular feature at your summer cookouts. Grilled scallions make an appropriate accompaniment, tying one of the marinade components back to the finished dish.

Ingredients:
  • 6 green onions, white and green parts, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Method:
For the marinade, combine green onions, onion, jalapeño, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, brown sugar, thyme, cloves, nutmeg and allspice in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Place the chicken in a large bowl, coat with the marinade, and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.

Preheat the grill to high heat. Place the chicken on the grill and grill 4 to 6 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Discard remaining marinade. Serve hot.
