I had someone who needed information on Asthma. Her daughter has a serious challenge with Asthma. Below are some suggestions. I thought it was worth sharing.
-------------------
My daughter who is 9 years old has Asthma. We have just returned from seeing her respiratory specialist and doing some breathing test which she unfortunately has failed and he has explained that her airways are tight and narrow which means we need to go back on the asthma medication puffers and steroids to help open up her airways more.
I don’t like her on all this medication but have to do it to help her.
Can you please tell me what best program or programs to run on the rife machine to assist with this as there are so many asthma programs and lung programs etc.
Greatly appreciate your reply
Answer:
The answer to this is 2 part
(1) Use the V3 on the “GROUP 2” Asthma frequency set. If you have a different model the frequency set is below.
Use the machine overnight with straps on the balls of the feet. A mat can also be used on the bed, under a thin 100% cotton bedsheet, to target healing frequencies near the chest area.
Asthma & Allergies PV3 Group 2: 0.04, 0.37, 0.57, 0.85, 2.5, 27.5, 52.5, 95.75, 375.79, 871
(2) I have feedback from Europe regarding the Wim Hoff breathing methods for Asthma recovery. Results are not instant, but start to work within 7 days. The Wim Hoff method has multiple parts, but for Asthma, follow the breathing method only. Link below.
Click the link below and scroll down just a little and you will see the breathing exercises.
A good episode with WIN Hoff on Joe Rogan show from a few years ago
The 4 part steps can be repeated for an hour, and done a few times per day. |

What You Can Do After Receiving the Covid Vaccine
|
There are two strategies to use.
One is if you are feeling cold or flu like symptoms you can use Group 10 on the Professional machine. If you have an older model or a Trio the frequency set is below:
Group 10:
Gram +/-Bacterial infections Specific (cold & flu) inc. Pneumonia
0.12, 0.55, 0.85, 7.50, 12.50, 77.50, 120.00, 307.25, 320.00, 615.00
To get out the toxins that the vaccine may have gifted to you, use the DETOX sets.
Start with the Toxin set. And, I would sleep with it for a week or two, or at least try to get 3 plus treatments every day for a week or two. and then move on to the next set and do the same.
Here are the Detox sets.
The main frequencies to use for prevention would be: Detox: [ Baklayan – Germany set ]
Detox: (Toxin extraction)
0.20, 0.14, 0.33, 0.42, 0.44, 0.55, 0.52, 0.76, 0.78, 1.86
Detox: (Liver, Kidneys, Lymph, Intestine, Scars):
0.03, 0.54, 0.75, 0.02, 0.24, 0.15, 0.52, 0.44, 0.64, 0.18
Parasites general comprehensive:
0.16, 0.30, 0.68, 0.90, 2.50, 5.50, 13.93, 93.50, 356.72, 451.17
Many programs including the German Detox sets are providing very low frequencies and are considered a complete set for treatment.
And, drink your water. Ideally we should be drinking 1/2 our weight in ounces, of filtered or spring water.

Rife Digital Professional V3
|
The Professional V3 is in 3 Languages actually on the screen: English, Spanish, Japanese.
The Rife Professional V3 series has adjustable voltage, 17v, 14.5v, 12.5v, so any sensitivity issues can be resolved by the switching down the Voltage. With tests we find that we can use the new Rife Healing mat or belt with a thin material, thin t-shirt, thin bed sheet, etc., with the voltage set at 17v.
Drop the voltage to 12.5v and you can use the mat or belt in direct contact with the skin.
The Rife V3 has 30 Groups, groups 25 – 30 are Empty, so you can add the frequency set you may need without having to program over any of the preset groups.
This machine is so easy to use. It walks you through everything. The machine comes with power, straps, leads, a USB flash drive that has several translations of the Instruction manual, an instruction/frequency manual that comes with the machine and case.
Group Sweep
Introduction of “Group Sweep”. Why? Because so many customers are treating more than one condition. Some people are treating 5-10 conditions. They do not want to get up all night changing programs and Groups.
Using Group Sweep, you can have each of the medical issue groups played one after the other, knowing that without any interruption, the machine will run each and every frequency, for each and every ailment. The groups include concerns such as arthritis, cancer, diabetes, cold/flu, etc., the manual lists over 3500 different ailments.
With the Group Sweep function you can change any of the presets or add your own to the last 5 groups which have been left empty. Or, leave the presets as they are and use in a preventative measure and add the sets you want or need to the last. Then Group SWEEP will sweep through all 30 groups, stays on each frequency 3 to 4 seconds and will just continue to loop through.
You can set this function up so it is specific to your needs. Here is a PAGE that gives some direction.

CW, Carrier Wave, relates to Dr Rife’s cancer frequency sets. So is more specific to Cancer treatments. For those who have the Trio or older models, the default is CW. When in CW, you will see an "X" to the right of PLAY, if you are treating for cancer, and have any Professional model make sure you are in CW.
CW was designed by Dr Rife specifically for cancer treatments
RF, Radio Frequency, would not make a big difference on other disease types but I would still use CW most of the time.
Again, not a bad idea to switch now and then. Some bacteria can be smart and changing from CW to RF now and then fools them and healing can take place a little faster. So, switching from CW to RF, and SWEEP to Pulse SWEEP now and then is a good idea.
The exception would be cancer, stay on CW for cancer. When you are in CW you will see an X to the right of PLAY on the display screen. When in RF it looks more like a square. You can do this mid-treatment. Push SWEEP to begin the treatment and then push CW.
Pulse SWEEP is also good – it adds a little more power to the signal when it pulses on and off.
But, still best to use SWEEP most of the time. Stays on each frequency for a longer period of time.
Pulse SWEEP is good once or twice a week or when you don’t have time for a full treatment. It is good to do both.

Anti-inflammatory Diet – Simple Starter Steps
The Standard American Diet (SAD), high in fat, high in red meat and high in processed foods is likely to increase inflammation.
However, switching to a healthy anti-inflammatory diet made up of organic, fresh, whole foods that contain the right type of fats (Omega-3 essential fatty acids found in cold water oily fish, walnuts, flax and pumpkin seeds), staying away from the starchier carbohydrates, and avoiding sugar, for example, will impact pain and inflammation in a positive way.
Following an anti-inflammatory diet (and reaping its numerous benefits) doesn’t have to be difficult. Shopping and eating the anti-inflammatory way can be a snap if you remember some very simple starter steps:
- Fresh is best, and buy organic whenever possible! Take advantage of local produce stands or farmers’ markets – a good choice for organic, fresh, regional and seasonal foods.
- Shop around the block. Typically, the perimeter of a grocery store has the freshest foods and produce, as well as those with the lowest glycemic loads. Have you noticed this? Try to focus most of your shopping on this area for the healthiest, fresh whole foods.
- “Eat your colors.”Picking fruits or vegetables from every hue in the rainbow. Some vegetables for each color could be:
-
- White/Gold: Cauliflower, garlic, onions – can also include different grains such as oats, rice, millet and quinoa.
- Blue/Purple: Eggplant, purple cabbage, blueberries, plums.
- Green: Lettuce, dark greens, broccoli, green beans, avocados.
- Yellow/Orange: Oranges, bananas, carrots, yellow squash, sweet potatoes – can also include different seeds and nuts such as sesame, sunflower, and almonds.
- Red: Tomatoes, red peppers, red apples.
- View preparing and eating meals – as a way to enjoy and communicate with family and friends.
A whole foods diet provides a selection of foods specifically aimed at optimal health and healing. This diet omits foods that can undermine your healing process.
The whole foods diet plan, which includes the principles of the anti-inflammatory diet, also benefits diseases such as Allergies, Fibromyalgia, Heart Disease, Obesity, and Osteoporosis, to name a few, all found in the “Find a Natural Cure” section. Give yourself time to enjoy the transition from your SAD diet, as you start traveling the perimeters of your grocery store finding foods that will have a positive effect on your energy levels, your overall health, and your ability to heal.

Chicken, Millet and Mushroom One Skillet Meal
|
Serves 6 to 8
This complete meal is simple to prepare and packed with flavor and nutrition. Use kale or spinach instead of the Swiss chard, if you like. Or substitute chicken legs or quartered breasts for the thighs, too.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons canola or extra-virgin olive oil, divided
8 (about 2 1/2 pounds) skinless bone-in chicken thighs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large yellow onion, chopped
1/2 pound cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
1 cup uncooked millet
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup white wine
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 cups shredded Swiss chard (without stems)
Method
Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then arrange 4 of the thighs in the skillet.
Cook, flipping once, until deep golden brown all over, about 10 minutes total.
Transfer chicken to a large plate; repeat process with remaining 1 tablespoon oil and remaining thighs.
Once all of the thighs are browned and transferred to the plate, add onions, mushrooms and millet to the same skillet and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
Stir in wine, broth, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Nestle chicken into skillet, submerging it in the millet and vegetables; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and cook until chicken is almost cooked through, about 25 minutes.
Uncover skillet and gently stir in chard. Cover skillet and cook until millet and chard are tender and chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes more.
Spoon chicken, millet and vegetables onto plates and serve.

Serves 10 to 12
This is an excellent dessert to serve to a crowd. For maximum efficiency, grill the cake over coals you used earlier to cook your dinner. Angel food cake is a classic for ambrosia salad; grilled pound cake is richer but just as heavenly.
Ingredients
1 angel food cake or small plain pound cake, cut into 1-inch slices
Canola oil cooking spray
1 1/2 pounds (about 6 cups) cherries, pitted and halved
2 bananas, peeled and thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups flaked unsweetened coconut
3 tablespoons orange juice, more to taste
Method
Preheat a grill for medium heat cooking.
Very lightly oil the cake slices with cooking spray, then grill until browned and marked, 1 to 2 minutes per side.
Place on a cutting board and cut into 1-inch cubes.
In a very large bowl, combine cherries, bananas, coconut and orange juice and toss to coat.
Add cake cubes and toss just until coated.
Add a few more tablespoons orange juice to further moisten the cake if desired.
