How To Use The Straps

Accessories

I have been asked by a few people if it is OK to cross your legs while using the straps or if you can be using the machine while watching TV or using the computer.

It doesn’t really matter if you cross feet.  The current moves through the circulatory system which is the most conductive area within the leg.  Crossing will not affect the frequency signals.

Computers use a lot of grounding when plugged into the wall socket.  Most of the outer case and covers of Apple products, for example are polished aluminium.  The Grounding comes through the earth wire and connects to the aluminium body of the laptop/ipad etc.  When plugged into the Rife Digital and touching an earthed surface, this will cause an amplification of the frequencies at the point of contact (between hand and keyboard).  The work around on this is:   Unplug your laptop/ipad from the power source, and this will eliminate the “earth” feedback.

Could this be a problem, using Rife and a plugged in laptop?  Not at all, there are no side effects or issues, except for the sensitivity at the point of where the hand touches the body of the (plugged in) device

In Summary.  Use any device you want, but take note that devices with polished aluminium body (almost all apple products) when plugged into the power adapter may have an earthing effect when wearing the Rife Digital Straps.

Most people will not notice this, however everyone’s sensitivity levels are different.
----------------
I use my laptop all day while my feet resting on the Rife Healing Belt.  Plugged in or not it is not an issue.

When I use the hand straps while using the laptop, that's a little weird, so I don't do that.

Covid19
Covid19

This came from someone who uses our machines.  I can’t vouch for it, but it makes sense to me.

This information she received from a hyper-vigilant professor friend who teaches at the university she goes to.  It contains information about how the sickness presents and some further precautions that I have not seen elsewhere, so I thought I would share.

Stanford Notes on Coronavirus

The new Coronavirus may not show a sign of infection for many days.  How can you know if you are infected by the time you have a fever and/or cough and go to the hospital, the lung is usually 50% fibrosis.

Taiwan experts provide a simple self-check that we can do every morning:  Take a deep breath and hold it for more than 10 seconds.  If you do this successfully without coughing, without discomfort, stiffness or tightness, there is no fibrosis in the lungs; it basically indicates no infection.

Serious and good advice by Japanese doctors treating COVID-19 cases:  Everyone should ensure your mouth and throat are moist, never dry.  Take a few sips of water every 15 minutes at least.  Why? Even if the virus gets into your mouth, drinking water or other liquids will wash them down through your throat and into the stomach once there the stomach acid will kill all the virus.  If you don’t drink enough water regularly, the virus can then enter your windpipe and then the lungs.  That’s very dangerous.

Here is handy list:

1.  If you have a runny nose and sputum, you have a common cold.

2.  Coronavirus pneumonia is a dry cough with no runny nose.

3.  This new virus is not heat-resistant and will be killed by a temperature of just       26/27 degrees C. (About 77 degrees F)

 4.  If someone sneezes with it, it goes about 10 feet before it drops to the                ground and is no longer airborne.

5.  If it drops on a metal surface it will live for at least 12 hours — so if you               come  into contact with any metal surface, wash your hands as soon as you         can with a bacterial soap or sanitizer.

6.  On fabric it can survive for 6 — 12  hours.  Normal laundry detergent will kill       it.

7.  Drinking warm water is effective for all viruses.  Try not to drink liquids with         ice.

8.  Wash your hands frequently as the virus can only live on your hands for five         to nine minutes, but a lot can happen during that time.  You can rub your             eyes, pick your nose unwittingly and so on.

9.  Can’t emphasize enough — drink plenty of water!

The symptoms:

1.  It will first infect the throat, so you’ll have a sore throat lasting 3 to 4 days.

2.  The virus then blends into the nasal fluid that enters the trachea and the             lungs, causing pneumonia.  This takes about 5/6 days further.

3.  With pneumonia comes a high fever and difficulty breathing.

4.  The nasal congestion is not like the normal kind.  You feel like you’re                   drowning.  At this point you have to seek medical assistance.

Rife Digital Professional V3 & Super Mat Pack
Rife Digital Professional V3 & Super Mat Pack

This is on Sale, still.  I don't know how long we leave this on sale, but as of now it is still on sale.  Here is the Rife Machine PAGE.

The V3 Professional is in 3 Languages actually on the screen:  English, Spanish, Japanese.

The Rife Professional V3 series has adjustable voltage, 17v, 14.5v, 12.5v, so any sensitivity issues can be resolved by the switching down the Voltage.  With tests we find that we can use the new Rife Healing mat or belt with a thin material, thin t-shirt, thin bed sheet, etc., with the voltage set at 17v.  Drop the voltage to 12.5v and you can use the mat or belt in direct contact with the skin.

The Rife V3 has 30 Groups, groups 25 – 30 are Empty, so you can add the frequency set you may need without having to program over any of the preset groups.

This machine is so easy to use.  It walks you through everything.  The machine comes with power, straps, leads, a USB flash drive that has several translations of the Instruction manual, an instruction/frequency manual that comes with the machine and case.

Group Sweep

Introduction of “Group Sweep”.  Why?  Because so many customers are treating more than one condition.  Some people are treating 5-10 conditions.  They do not want to get up all night changing programs.and Groups.  Using Group Sweep, they can have each of the medical issue groups played one after the other, knowing that without any interruption, the machine will run each and every frequency, for each and every ailment.  The groups include concerns such as arthritis, cancer, diabetes, cold/flu, etc., the manual lists over 3500 different ailments.

With the Group Sweep function you can change any of the presets or add your own to the last 5 groups which have been left empty.  Or, leave the presets as they are and use in a preventative measure and add the sets you want or need to the last.  Then Group SWEEP will sweep through all 30 groups, stays on each frequency 3 seconds or so and will just continue to loop through.

Chicken Kalamata Olive and Roasted Red Pepper Tart
chicken-kalamata-olive-and-roasted-red-pepper-tart

Serves 6
If you keep a few sheets of puff pastry in the freezer, assembling a tart like this is a snap. Sweet red peppers and salty olives complement the richness of the pastry. Feel free to use leftover grilled, poached or rotisserie chicken in this recipe. Serve with a simple green salad.

Ingredients

1 sheet frozen puff pastry
1 egg, beaten
2 cups shredded chicken, white or dark meat
1 cup sliced roasted red peppers
1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
1 cup shredded Asiago or Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Method

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Thaw puff pastry completely and unfold.

Slice in half lengthwise to make two long rectangles.

Place on a large parchment-covered baking sheet, leaving at least an inch of space between rectangles. Use two baking sheets if needed to avoid overcrowding.

With a paring knife, score a 1/2- inch border around each rectangle. This will allow the edge of the pastry to rise, creating a border.

Brush both rectangles with beaten egg.

Arrange chicken, peppers, olives and tarragon on the pastry, keeping toppings inside the border.

Sprinkle with cheese and black pepper. Place in hot oven and bake for 15 minutes until edges of pastry are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Cut each rectangle into 3 pieces and serve hot.

Artichoke Ripe Olive Tuna Salad
artichoke-ripe-olive-tuna-salad

Serves 5
Total Time 15 min.

An unusual and rich flavor combination; serve this salad with sliced tomato on a bed of lettuce or on French bread.

INGREDIENTS

1 12-ounce chunk light tuna, drained and flaked (see Note below - and there is Albacore that you can get that tests mercury free)

1 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts
1/2 cup chopped olives
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano, or 1/2 teaspoon dried

Cooking Directions

Combine tuna, artichokes, olives, mayonnaise, lemon juice and oregano in a medium bowl.

RECIPE TIPS

Note: Canned white tuna comes from the large albacore and can be high in mercury content. Chunk light tuna, on the other hand, which comes from smaller fish—skipjack or yellowfin—is best for health-conscious eaters. According to a recent study, canned white tuna samples averaged about 315 percent more mercury than chunk light tuna samples. (The chunk light tunas averaged 0.132 parts per million mercury content, while the white [albacore] tunas averaged 0.412 ppm.)

I have seen Albacore Tuna cans that will say Mercury Free.
