The Group SWEEP function will SWEEP through all 30 Groups.  Stays on each frequency in each set for 3 seconds or so.  It will go through each and every frequency set in each and every group and will do that for 8 or 9 hours, so you can sleep with it while running the treatments.  It takes around 15 minutes to SWEEP through all 30 groups.
 
You can leave all the groups as they are, add your specific frequency sets to the Groups 25 – 30 and use the presets as a preventative measure.
 
The other way, I think the better way would be to set the machine for the specific issues you want to be focusing on.
 
What I have done is to program over some of the Groups that I don’t need. Here is a PAGE I did for the BLOG to give you some idea of how you can set this up.

The V3 is in 3 Languages actually on the screen:  English, Spanish, Japanese. 
 
The Rife Professional V3 series has adjustable voltage, 17v, 14.5v, 12.5v, so any sensitivity issues can be resolved by the switching down the Voltage.  With tests we find that we can use the new Rife Healing mat or belt with a thin material, thin t-shirt, thin bed sheet, etc., with the voltage set at 17v.  Drop the voltage to 12.5v and you can use the mat or belt in direct contact with the skin. 
 
The New Rife V3 has 30 Groups, groups 25 - 30 are Empty, so you can add the frequency set you may need without having to program over any of the preset groups.  
 
This machine is so easy to use.  It walks you through everything.  The machine comes with power, straps, leads, a USB flash drive that has several translations of the Instruction manual, an instruction/frequency manual that comes with the machine and case.
 
Group Sweep 
 
Introduction of "Group Sweep".  Why?  Because so many customers are treating more than one condition.  Some people are treating 5-10 conditions.  They do not want to get up all night changing programs and Groups.  Using Group Sweep, you can have each of the medical issue groups played one after the other, knowing that without any interruption, the machine will run each and every frequency, for each and every ailment.  The groups include concerns such as arthritis, cancer, diabetes, cold/flu, etc., the manual lists over 3500 different ailments. 
 
With the Group Sweep function you can change any of the presets or add your own to the last 5 groups which have been left empty.  Or, leave the presets as they are and use as a preventative measure and add the sets you want or need to the last 5 groups.  Then Group SWEEP will sweep through all 30 groups, stays on each frequency 3 to 4 seconds and will just continue to loop through.

By keeping the positive on one side of the body and the negative on the other side allows for the positive and ground current to intersect the mid body around the heart. 
 
4 straps worn at the same time are called “Meridian Zapping” or you could say “Meridian Rifing” It works well in 2 ways:
 
(1) Provides a good penetration of the healing frequencies in both the lower and upper body simultaneously.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 6 cloves Fresh Garlic minced (or more)
  • 2 pounds Chicken Wings

Instructions

  • Melt butter and combine with Ranch dry seasoning mix and minced garlic.
  • Place wings into a container or baggie and pour in marinade.
  • Place container into refrigerator overnight (or at least four hours).
  • Place wings into air fryer and cook at 360 degrees for 20 minutes, turning/shaking twice during that time.
  • Raise temperature to 390 and cook for 5 more minutes.

If your love for spicy things knows no bounds, feel free to up the amount of Cajun seasoning in this comforting supper. Should your beef stick to the skillet along the way, add a splash of low-sodium vegetable broth and scrape up any delicious browned bits to flavor the dish.
 
Ingredients
  • 3/4 pound lean ground beef
  • 4 teaspoons salt-free Cajun or Creole seasoning, divided
  • 1/2 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 (15.0-ounce) can no-salt-added kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (20.0-ounce) bag frozen brown rice, prepared according to package directions
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh parsley
Method
 
In a large skillet, cook beef with 1 1/2 teaspoons of the Cajun seasoning over medium-high heat until browned, about 10 minutes. 
 
Add onion, celery, pepper, jalapeño and 1 1/2 teaspoons of the Cajun seasoning and cook until tender, 6 to 8 minutes. 
 
Add broth, stir to scrape up any browned bits and cook until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes. 
 
Stir in beans and cook until heated through. 
 
Meanwhile, toss warmed rice with remaining 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning. 
 
Stir parsley into beef and bean mixture and spoon over rice.

This easy breakfast recipe yields impressive results. Simply whisk together eggs, flour and milk, then pour into a hot buttered skillet and place in the oven. Watch in amazement as the pancake rises out of the pan! The recipe can be made in one large skillet or two smaller ones. Make into a dessert by serving with cooked apples, peaches or other fruit.
 
Ingredients: 
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • Topping
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
Method: 
 
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
 
Melt the butter over low heat in a 10- or 11-inch cast iron skillet.
 
Whisk eggs in a medium bowl.
 
Whisk in flour and milk until mixture is well combined and no longer lumpy.

Pour the batter into the skillet over the melted butter.
 
Bake for 25 minutes, until pancake is puffed and golden brown.

Remove the pancake from the oven.
 
Cut into wedges and transfer to a plate.
 
Sprinkle with a squeeze of lemon juice and powdered sugar.
 
Serve with butter and maple syrup, if desired.

Serves 4
 
These noodles are served traditionally at Chinese New Year's feasts. An ancient Chinese belief holds that long noodles are the key to a long life, so don't cut the noodles as you eat them.
 
Ingredients: 
  • 8 ounces capellini (angel hair pasta)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon tamari, more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 pinch crushed red chile flakes
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger root
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage
  • 1 cup fresh bean sprouts, such as mung bean or broccoli sprouts
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Method: 
 
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
 
Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 5 minutes.
 
Drain and then rinse in cold water and drain again; set aside.
 
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together broth, tamari, sesame oil and pepper flakes; set aside. 

Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat for 1 minute.
 
Swirl peanut oil briefly around the wok and then add ginger and garlic and cook until aromatic, about 15 seconds.
 
Add cabbage and stir-fry until hot and just wilted, 1 to 2 minutes.
 
Carefully add broth mixture to wok along with noodles and stir-fry until sauce is absorbed, 1 to 2 minutes.
 
Add sprouts and stir-fry 30 seconds more.
 
Add more tamari, if you like, and then transfer noodles to a platter, garnish with cilantro and peanuts and serve.

Serves 10
 
Semifreddo is a traditional Italian dessert that combines whipped cream and custard into a frozen dessert. The result is a light and airy treat that’s not as dense as ice cream or frozen yogurt. Here, we fold in nectarine purée to complement the fresh nectarine slices that decorate the top.
 
Ingredients: 
  • 6 ripe but firm nectarines, divided
  • 6 large egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
Method: 
 
Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap or 2 pieces of parchment paper, cut to fit both lengthwise and crosswise leaving a 4-inch overhang. Or line an 8 x 2-inch round cake pan with plastic wrap. 
 
Pit and slice 2 of the nectarines.
 
Arrange half of the nectarine slices in a single layer in the bottom of the pan.
Reserve remaining slices. 

Peel, pit and cut remaining nectarines into cubes and purée in a blender or food processor. You should have about 1 cup purée.  Set aside. 

In a medium saucepan, bring 1 inch water to a simmer.
 
In a large metal bowl, whisk together yolks, granulated sugar and vanilla.
 
Set the bowl over the pan of simmering water and cook, whisking constantly until mixture has thickened and doubled in volume.
 
Remove from the heat and whisk 1 to 2 minutes longer to cool.
 
Fold nectarine purée into egg mixture until evenly blended. 

Beat heavy cream and confectioners’ sugar on high speed in a large bowl just until soft peaks form.
 
Keep cold until ready to use.
 
Fold custard mixture into whipped cream, in thirds, just until blended.
 
Carefully spread half of the mixture into the prepared pan.
 
Arrange a single layer of the remaining nectarine slices and top with remaining cream mixture.
 
Fold plastic wrap or parchment overhang over top to seal. Cover with additional layer of parchment or plastic wrap if necessary. 

Freeze overnight.
 
To serve, invert the pan onto a serving platter and gently remove the plastic wrap or parchment paper.
 
Slice and serve immediately.
