While other parts of the country are seeing very cold weather including snow and freezing temperatures, Florida still has some of the best camping weather you'll find. Before Thanksgiving we will celebrate Veterans Day. This Patriotic Themed weekend will also have special shows geared to our theme and a great Classic Car Show. With over 500 hookups This great facility has FREE CAMPING. You heard it right FREE CAMPING. Just make a donation towards the Rodeheaver Boys Ranch. Learn more about this wonderful facility that has helped shape and mod many young teenagers into career oriented young men.
You have to see this place to believe it. There will be serval food vendors but also a great buffet on site. Sound to good to be true? You bet but it is true and we'd love to have you with us.

New Years Getaway
On SE Georgia Beaches
Jekyll Island, GA
If you are looking for a picturesque place to relax and get your New Year off to an unforgettable start, there may not be any better place than Jekyll Island, GA.
This gem is known to many as the Emerald Coast. It has a reputation for it's beautiful Driftwood Beaches and scenic intercoastal waterways.
Camping is only $15 per night but has no hookups but does have free shuttle service all day to the convention center where the music is held. RV's and visitors have come from all over the country including Canada for the last 47 years.
Concerts held indoor at the gorgeous Jekyll Island Convention Center. Campers can take advantage of the shuttle service that runs from the camping area right to the door of the festival area.

 | Yeehaw Music Fest
We're stepping up our game!
Okeechobee is known as the home of the Cowboy but that’s not all. It is also know world wide for its incredible fresh water fishing.
The Yeehaw Music Fest is located just minutes from the banks of Lake Okeechobee.
The festival is held at the Agri Civic Center, a state of the art covered arena every year in January. This getaway sees folks from all over the country including Canada trying to forget about the cold by enjoying the outdoors and stellar shows.
Our next scheduled Getaway features multi instrumentalist, Grammy Award Winning Hit making machine Ricky Skaggs. Ricky is probably one of the best musicians of our life time. His work has earned him 12 #1 hits, an induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame. There is only 1 Ricky Skaggs and you can actually meet him at Yeehaw Music Fest. Like all of our excursions, there will be 24 shows over 3 days and not a bad one in the bunch.

About Rodeheaver Boys Ranch
The Rodeheaver Boys Ranch was founded in 1950 by Homer Rodeheaver. Located in Palatka, Florida, the Rodeheaver Boys Ranch was the accumulation of a dream by an orphaned boy. Homer’s mother died when he was only eight years and this created a lifelong desire to help other young boys who experienced the loss of a parent.
Homer, known as Rody to his friends, and Billy Sunday were the most famous revival team of the early 20th Century. Rody and his brothers founded The Rodeheaver Publishers of Sacred Music in Chicago. By 1912, they expanded into Philadelphia and then by 1938 merged with Hall-Mack Publishing Company. A branch office was opened in Los Angeles with the symbol of the firm being a rainbow arched over a line of musical notes based upon Rody’s theme song, “Every Cloud Will Wear A Rainbow If Your Heart Keeps Right.”

If you are looking to turn back time or just looking for nostalgia The Florida Classic Music Fest & Car Show is one you will want to put on your list.
We try to make the experience at each Getaway unique and work hard at it so you’ll want to do more. This is one of our fastest growing events because it features a little bit of everything. Classic country, oldies but goodies, grass, classic cars and great food.
The venue is a very large Grassy meadow with very easy sites to get into and plenty of sunshine.
This has become a favorite for many and if you have been there, you already know why.
Our headliners range from more stars of the Grand Ole Opry to the Atlantic City Boys, one of the best tributes to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. Their doo-wop will take you back instantly.
Classic Cars round out this event. There is so much more but for now, we thought we would share a few highlights.
