Rife Digital Professional & the Super Mat Pack
Rife Digital Professional V3 & Super Mat Pack

The New Rife Professional V3 series has adjustable voltage, 17v, 14.5v, 12.5v, so any sensitivity issues can be resolved by the switching down the Voltage.  With tests we find that we can use the new Rife Healing mat or belt with a thin material, thin t-shirt, thin bed sheet, etc., with the voltage set at 17v.  Drop the voltage to 12.5v and you can use the mat or belt in direct contact with the skin.

The New Rife V3 has 30 Groups, groups 25 – 30 are Empty, so you can add the frequency set you may need without having to program over any of the preset groups.

This machine is so easy to use.  It walks you through everything.  The machine comes with power, straps, leads, a USB flash drive that has several translations of the Instruction manual, an instruction/frequency manual that comes with the machine and case.

Group Sweep

Introduction of “Group Sweep”.  Why?  Because so many customers are treating more than one condition.  Some people are treating 5-10 conditions.  They do not want to get up all night changing programs and Groups.  Using Group Sweep, they can have each of the medical issue groups played one after the other, without any interruption the machine will run each and every frequency, for each and every ailment.  The groups include concerns such as arthritis, cancer, diabetes, cold/flu, etc., the manual lists over 3500 different ailments.

With the Group Sweep function you can change any of the presets. Or, leave the presets as they are and use in a preventative measure and add the sets you want or need to the last 5 groups.  Then Group SWEEP will sweep through all 30 groups, stays on each frequency 3 to 4 seconds and will just continue to loop through.

You can program over any of these and create a very specific treatment plan for yourself, using this Group Sweep function.  The Group SWEEP set up suggestions under helpful links at the top of this newsletter will give you more information.

Spicy Collard Greens
Spicy Collard Greens

Serves 6
Trust us, you'll want to serve these tender, spicy braised greens with cornbread on the side so that you can crumble it into the bowl to soak of the goodness

  • 1 jalapeños, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • Fine sea salt and ground black pepper

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons seafood boil seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt, or to taste
  • 2 pounds medium red potatoes (about 8), halved
  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 6 ears corn-on-the-cob, peeled and halved

Cover and bring to a boil over high heat; boil until potatoes just begin to become tender when pierced with a knife, about 5 minutes. Remove lid and layer in corn, clams, mussels and shrimp. Reduce heat to medium-high. Cover pot and cook until clams and mussels open and shrimp are just cooked through, about 10 minutes.

With a slotted spoon, transfer seafood to a platter and corn, onions and potatoes to another bowl or platter. (Discard any clams or mussels that do not open.) Pour a few cups of the liquid from the pot over seafood and sprinkle both platters with parsley.

Seared Sesame Beef with Wilted Greens
Seared Sesame Beef with Wilted Greens

Serves 4
Beef coated in sesame, garlic and crushed red pepper has a rich flavor and nutty, spicy finish. Served atop spinach tossed in a simple citrus-miso dressing, this meal can be prepared in a snap. Pair with a side of steamed brown or white rice.

Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons red miso paste
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed tangerine or orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, mix of black and white if desired, more for garnish
  • 1 1/4 pound sirloin tip steak (about 1 1/2-inch thick)
  • 1 pound baby spinach
Method:

Whisk together ginger, miso paste and juice in a small bowl. Set aside.

Preheat a large sauté pan over medium heat and add canola oil. Add garlic, crushed red pepper and sesame seeds and cook, stirring frequently, until toasted and fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl. Increase heat to medium-high and add steak. Sear steak for about 4 minutes on each side for medium rare, about 6 minutes on each side for medium well. Transfer to a platter and spread with garlic-sesame seed mixture. Cover and let rest before slicing.

Meanwhile, return pan to heat and stir in ginger-miso mixture, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Sir in spinach and toss to coat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until just wilted. To serve, divide spinach among 4 plates. Slice steak thinly and arrange on top of greens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
