This is from one of our clients. She asked that I share
I don't think I let you know how my horrible hives turned out but maybe you'll use this info in the future for others.
I am apparently allergic to acacia. It is used as a binder in a lot of medications (it was in my thyroid meds) and chewable vitamins have acacia gum or gum Arabic in them (it's the same thing).
So a daily tiny dose of it pushed my body over the edge. It started to resolve quickly once I went off the meds, there are still some markings and scars on my skin after two years unfortunately but the hives are gone.
If someone is allergic to trees and grass they are likely allergic to acacia and may end up needing a compounding pharmacy. I switched to desiccated thyroid prescription which doesn't use it.

Group Sweep
Introduction of “Group Sweep”. Why? Because so many customers are treating more than one condition. Some people are treating 5-10 conditions. They do not want to get up all night changing programs.and Groups. Using Group Sweep, they can have each of the medical issue groups played one after the other, knowing that without any interruption, the machine will run each and every frequency, for each and every ailment. The groups include concerns such as arthritis, cancer, diabetes, cold/flu, etc., the manual lists over 3500 different ailments.
With the Group Sweep function you can change any of the presets or add your own to the last 5 groups which have been left empty. You can leave some of the presets as they are and use in a preventative measure and add the sets you want or need to the last 5 groups. The Group SWEEP will sweep through all 30 groups, stays on each frequency 3 to 4 seconds and will just continue to loop through.

Greens, Mushroom and White Bean Ragoût
|
Serves 6
Serve this hearty and saucy combination of leafy greens, mushrooms and beans over whole grain brown rice or whole wheat pasta. Use 1 (16-ounce) package of frozen dark leafy greens instead of fresh greens for a quick shortcut.
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth, divided 1 large white onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/2 cup Marsala or red wine 4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme 12 ounces fresh mushrooms, button or wild or a mixture of both, trimmed and thinly sliced 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium tamari 2 tablespoons whole spelt or whole wheat flour 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast 1 (15-ounce) can no-salt-added Great Northern or other white beans, rinsed and drained, or 1 1/2 cups cooked white beans 1 pound (1 to 2 bunches) dark leafy greens, such as collards, kale or mustard greens, tough stems removed and leaves thinly sliced 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method

Grilled Bananas with Sweet Toppings
|
Serves 4
This crowd-pleasing dessert is easy to assemble both ahead of time or just before cooking. Let kids make their own by choosing toppings that suit their tastes. Substitute you favorite fruit for the strawberries or use honey instead of chocolate chips, if you like.
Ingredients
4 bananas 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate or carob chips 1/2 cup chopped strawberries or peaches 1/3 cup granola or graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup mini marshmallows 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Method
Preheat grill to medium heat. Hold each banana in your hand, curved side up, and carefully halve it lengthwise through the top of the peel without cutting through the bottom side. Arrange each banana on a piece of foil.
Using your fingers, gently pry open each banana, making a space down the center for the toppings. Arrange chocolate chips, strawberries and granola down the center of each banana then top with marshmallows and walnuts.
Fold foil around each banana, leaving the top open, to form a bowl that will protect it from direct heat. Arrange bananas on grill and cook until banana is tender and marshmallows and chocolate are melted and hot, about 10 minutes. Set aside to let cool slightly before serving.
