Kaati, Joana, Heather, Jada and Goran - RBA PUBLISHING & PUBLICITY
In Jah´s Name We Pray - Please contribute $15 to help incarcerated Rastaman Wasi file his 2255 Motion to Vacate so he can be released.
If you ever had compassion for people being unjustly incarcerated, here is your opportunity to support a deserving individual.
Gofundme for Wasi

hi, my name is Kaati and I am the publisher of Reggae Festival Guide and Blues Festival Guide.

Wasi is a friend of ours and he is in prison for a crime he did not commit (guilty by association). He has a good case and evidence to get released but the fee of $1500 is required for his legal team to file a 2255 Motion for Vacate - it is a powerful tool to right injustices that were not or could not have been raised on direct appeal. This is because it gives courts broad discretion in fashioning appropriate relief, including dismissal of all charges and release of the prisoner, retrial, or resentencing.

Wasi is a lovely and humble person that is on a spiritual path. He is a practicing Rastafarian.
His trades are solar energy and landscaping.

He has a lovely family but they don't have the financial means to come up with this lump sum.

Dear Community, you know me and I am appealing to you to please pitch in $15. Our idea is to get 100 people each pay $15 before November 1.

If you ever had compassion for people being unjustly incarcerated, here is your opportunity to support a deserving individual.

The funds are controlled by RBA Publishing, Inc (my company) and we will pay the legal team directly. I am also very familiar with his case so if you want more information, please contact me: rbapublishing@gmail.com

One Love,
Kaati
