Don't Miss Important Deadlines
The 53rd MSA Retail Conference & Expo is just around the corner, and it
promises to provide you with many opportunities to showcase your products
to cultural commerce professionals! To help you prepare for the event of
the industry, we will be providing you with an e-mail update every couple
of months until the Conference & Expo in April. The updates will keep you
informed on the latest Expo news and highlight ways for maximizing your
success.
Please note that several deadlines are fast approaching. MSA Exhibitor
Affiliates - make sure you have renewed your dues for 2008. MSA membership
entitles you to numerous benefits from mailing lists to Product Search to
discounted booth space!
Please confirm your listing in the 2008 Program Book & Expo Guide and the
representative(s) that will staff your booth. Please fax the Exhibitor Listing & Personnel Form (PDF) to me
by Jan. 8, 2008, at (303) 504-9585.
Help increase attendance at the MSA Expo and maintain contact with your
Tampa area customers. New for 2008, MSA is offering one complimentary Expo
pass per exhibiting company for a non-MSA member to shop the Expo. Send in
the completed Complimentary Customer Invitation Form (PDF) to
MSA by Feb. 14, 2008, to make sure your guest is invited.
GES Exposition Services is the official MSA decorator. In mid-January, GES
Exposition Services will send an Exhibitor Service CD with detailed
instructions for shipping, storage, set up, dismantle and additional booth
furnishings for purchase. Order forms must be submitted with payment by
March 21, 2008, to GES to receive discount pricing.
