Enfuselle® Time Repair is the ultimate product for mature
skin. This product is a combination of five essential actions: moisturization,
protection, nourishment, renewal, and brightening. For skin that is
glowing and smooth, this is the product you've been looking for. You may
have seen advertisements from products containing alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), but
what you might not know is that AHA is actually quite irritating to the
skin. Time Repair has the same effect, increasing cell turnover naturally
without causing any skin irritation.
Vital Repair+®
is one of the ingredients in Time Repair that allows it to work so effectively
at renewing the skin. Not only does Vital Repair+® reduce visual
signs of wrinkles and collagen loss, but it can actually prevent sun-related
skin aging. With SP15 sunscreen and antioxidant
vitamins, this product protects and feeds your skin in one simple step.
Time Repair is hypoallergenic and it's safe for sensitive skin, so anybody can
reap the benefits.
In a
twelve week clinical trial, Time Repair showed a 37%
increase in retained skin moisture, a 245% increase in skin
resiliency and firmness, and a 421% decrease in
appearance of wrinkles.

When
it comes to cleaning, it's all well and good to have a cabinet full of eco-friendly cleaning products, but that isn't where your cleaning supplies
end. Having carriers for cleaning products to get them from the bottle to
the item you are cleaning in an appropriate fashion is essential! For
many of your cleaning needs, the perfect product is Shaklee's Super Microfiber
Cleaning Cloth.
The Super Microfiber Cleaning Cloth is:
- Safe for all surfaces in your home
- Reusable
- Machine Washable
- Excessively Absorbent
- Lint Free
Your microfiber cloth can clean just about anywhere, just remember to make sure
it is clean before using it on any sensitive surfaces, such as computer or
television screens. The reason for this is that in microfiber's zeal to
clean every surface it can pick up grit, which could damage a sensitive surface
such as a plasma screen.

Among Shaklee's partners is the Wild Dolphin Project. This
nonprofit focuses their efforts on studying, understanding, and preserving
dolphins. The Wild Dolphin Project (WDP) has been out on the seas
collecting information and observing dolphins since 1985. Throughout their
pursuits they have collected an unprecedented amount of information on dolphin
behavior, family and genetic ties, vocal behavior and group dynamics. They
have observed some dolphins for over 10 years and have watched them grow up and
have babies of their own. The WDP is also able to study the effects of
climate change on dolphins as it affects their environment in terms of storms,
food availability and migration patterns. Water temperature is also a
concern and is often linked to global warming.
Shaklee products fit right into the WDP experience. The WDP team spends
four or five hot summer months a year doing a series of ten day trips out on a
catamaran studying dolphins. Not only are environmentally friendly
products important to them, but they are essential when living on a boat. Shaklee's
Get Clean is the perfect non-toxic, ocean-safe product for keeping the
catamaran clean. The researchers, students and volunteers keep themselves
in good condition with Shaklee products, ranging from Enfuselle® products with
SPF to product the skin, to Shaklee supplements to maintain strong immune
systems in tight quarters. Sponsoring the WDP is yet another way in which
Shaklee seeks to support and nurture the earth, its animals, and its people.

1. Identify the trunk flare – this is the bottom of the trunk where the
base spreads out into roots. It is very important that the trunk flair be
visible after you plant the tree.
2. Dig a wide hole that is no deeper than will allow the trunk flair
to still be above ground. There should be at least a foot of space around
the root ball when you place it in the hole, but you can certainly go larger.
3. Remove anything covering the root ball of the tree, and lifting by
the root ball (not the trunk); place the tree in the hole. Make sure the
tree is standing straight up in the hole- view the tree from several angles to
check this.
4. Fill around the root ball with dirt, making sure to press firmly
to eliminate any air bubbles in the soil. Some people add a layer of dirt
and then moisten that dirt to eliminate air bubbles and make the soil easier to
tamp down. The dirt should not come any higher than the trunk flair when
the backfilling is complete.
5. Trees that are not staked tend to be healthier, but if the tree
does need to be staked to protect it, use a wide and flexible material to tie
it to reduce the amount of damage to the tree.
6. Finally, place a layer of mulch around the tree – a two or three
inch layer is plenty. Avoid piling mulch around the base of the tree as
this can cause the bark there to decay.

Shaklee's 50th Anniversary Study
|
In 2007, Shaklee's 50th Anniversary, a landmark study was conducted on
long term supplement uses. This rarely-studied segment of society is an
important one to check in on, as they are the sole indicator of how effective a
product is at creating health and wellness in the long-term. Supplement
users (of any brand) came in at optimal levels, as opposed to those who did not
use any supplements. However, Shaklee vitamin users ranked higher than those
who used another brand of supplements. Of note are the healthy levels
found in Shaklee vitamin users when it came to blood pressure, triglycerides,
HDL cholesterol, homocysteine, and C-reactive protein.
