ALSO THIS WEEKEND...
Our friends at Red Pearl Yoga in Ft. Lauderdale are hosting 2
Tripsichore (trip-sic’-or-ee) Workshops and a Spectacular Performance
Friday Evening!
Tripsichore creates works that fuse the lyricism of dance with the
spirituality of yoga. The technique focuses on uniting the mind and body
through the use of breath. Tripsichore's linking of unusual postures is
innovative, yet the methods used are respectful of orthodox traditions.
The goal of this workshop is to understand the beauty and energy of some
of the more spectacular postures and to explore their expressive
potential. For more info go to...

WORLD YOGA DAY
Feb. 3rd 11am-1pm
On Sunday the 3rd of February 2008, yoga teachers and schools around
the world, Moksha Yoga Studio being one of them, will donate their time
and space to a two hour yoga session which is devoted to human rights.
The class will be held from 11AM - 1PM sharp, local time in each time
zone, which will lead to a 24 hour yoga marathon around the world.
Devoting our thoughts and energy globally to the human rights issue will
generate a powerful impact. Andrew will lead us in an hour of Yin Yoga and
Cora will then lead us through an hour of Vinyasa Flow.
Students attending the event will donate whatever tuition they can
afford. All contributions are welcome and also students who can't pay at
all – the money is important to help victims of human right violation
but so is the spirit.
So join us as we dedicate our practice and efforts to a cause that can
help others!
