workshop is designed for anyone interested in: - learning more about
Raw and Living Foods - transitioning to a Raw Food Lifestyle -
introducing some organic, vegan, wheat-free, dairy-free, low-glycemic
foods into one's diet -losing weight naturally, increasing their
energy, or healing dis-ease
TOPICS -what are Raw
foods, Live foods, Superfoods - the Yoga of
Food - Live food and Ayurveda, determining your
dosha (constitution), customizing your diet, eating locally and with the
seasons - setting up a Live Food kitchen - shopping for ingredients
and equipment - in the kitchen - sprouting, blending, dehydrating,
flavor combining - how to create delicious entrees, desserts
(including raw chocolate treats), breads, crackers,
pates, cheeses, and nut milks - Conscious Eating
(your body..our planet) eating for health, beauty, and balance

This is class is open to everyone. The purpose of this
class is to have a more hands on experience. Emphasis will be on
creating raw dishes from scratch, breaking down recipes so that you can
create meals to suit yourself, your family, time, and budget.
